Design Notes:
* His shirt is the one Pence wears in Kingdom Hearts 2, and 'Dog Street' is a reference to The Bouncer. Yo dawg I put a reference in your reference so you can reference while you reference!!

Loki's beloved baby boy, Fenris! Aka the giant wolf monster of the Jotunn. Currently the only one of Loki's many children that lives with him, as they all got separated a thousand years ago or so for various reasons generally summed up with Odin Is A Dickhead. Him and his papa and his papa's new wife ('Mummy 2' according to him) are still searching for his siblings T^T
Fenris suffered something that shook him terribly long ago, and he shapeshifted into a human involuntarily in panic and isn't able to shift at will cos of his youngness so he's kinda of stuck. But as he gets more confident he's started to grow back some of his wolfy features subconciously.
His personality is kind of goofy (yet timid) like his dad and they both share a love of candy. But Fenris is always energetic and bubbly and curious about all teh strange new things of the modern world, while his dad is a bit of a lazy ass still the wolf boy refuses to do anything without dad there to protect him so Loki gets dragged into most adventures cos of him, including going to Byako for vacation.
He can be kind of arrogant/spoilt on occasion, but this comes with a belief that everyone else feels the same way. So all someone needs to do to have their way with him however they wish is walk in and tell him they really WANT to hurt him. In his mind you can justify any action by it making you feel happy, so he'd try and be kind by not even resisting T^T It's a little terrifying to his parents to say the least, and why he's never left alone. However Fenris is also a total mood swinger- when he's happy he can forget he was ever sad, and when he's sad he forgets he was ever happy. This is very much not a good thing as with all the trauma this family has in its backstory if he slips into depression it's hard to pull him out, and trying to forget it isn't helping his recovery. It's most creepy when he gets so scared or angry that he'll flip over to the mindless happiness and totally disconnect with the real world...
Since Fenris spent centuries trapped in a cold isolated cave chained to the ground he's become terrified of darkness and can't sleep unless he's with his papa or he stays awake so long he passes out. (this was pretty much the only way he ever slept for all those years so it's hard to get him back into a healthy routine)
Also he's sort of mentally damaged in extreme and rarely even talks, has the academic age of a toddler since he never learned to read, etc. And sometimes he just starts screaming out of nowhere cos he gets flashbacks..

To slightly make up for the sad:
Loki: I BROUGHT ICE CREAM!!! It's in my FIRE HAIR! JUST COS I CAN!!
Fenris: *jumps up and hugs daddy* Missed you :3
Loki love can heal great wounds. Lets wish em luck! He's not gonna be in Loki's next comic battle against Mad Am cos I can't think of any scenario involving him seeing his dad being beaten up that doesn't end in his mental recovery being set back a century Might do little side comics with Family Wuv though if anyone requests it.
