NOTE: No-one knows why the hell his name is Batim, it's either a surname or a really incomprehensible nickname. He seems embarassed of his full moniker whatever it is, and immediately chews up any official documentation with it printed on.

It's Batim the werewulf! My least favourite OC!
Story as follows: Batim discovers myths and monsters really do exist! And he refuses to believe it
Proving that skepticism sometimes defies belief, when presented with what is blatantly a werewolf (and told to be careful cos it's dangerous) he decides to prove its not real by ramming his arm through the bars of the cage and yelling approximately along the lines of 'Come and have a go!'
It did. He's not so skeptical now.
Now he's been promoted from accountant to combatant, and is part of the government initiative to root out and terminate monsters in the local population. He's quite happy with the change of pace to be honest.

Personality-wise, he's pretty much the little angry man who always picked fights with everyone that could crush him with one hand. Cept nowadays he could tear through those same people like tissue paper, and thier only consolation is that he'll at least stop short of eating them afterwards. Being a giant wolf is one way to stop a hail of short jokes. (he's an inch smaller than the 15 year old member of his team. (Though he has an afro so its hard to judge) Because of this they fight a lot. *understatement*)
But he also still acts the same with any monster he actually has a disadvantage against (say something brute strength doesn't work on.. or a man made of peanut butter (he's allergic)) Makes you think he just loves trouble.
And his face is always in that grimace. Back when he was just a twinkle in his parents's eyes he was doing that grimace. He's a grumpy man, even when he's having fun!
Speaking of having fun, he enjoys his new form immensely to his own surprise. But he has problems with considering the idea of himself as no longer a human being. He gets irrationally angry if anyone suggests he's starting to prefer staying a wolf, even though its true.
He ironically has a lot of problems acting human. He was a big slob before and still is now so it's not exactly a BIG difference that he doesn't like to bathe and loves roast chicken. But he also tends to bark at people when he's frustrated and curls up in a ball to take naps.
And he wears that collar all the time because it makes him 'feel safe'. He doesn't even have an excuse cos it doesn't fit his neck in wolf form.
For some reason he really really loves home-brewed tea, with the full teapot, cup and coaster affair. It's just surprising considering the rest of his meal is fast food meat XD
He also always wears a mustard-yellow t-shirt, though the rest of his outfit changes. No-one can figure out why. (The most variation you're gonna get is- wow shocker, a long sleeved mustard-yellow shirt in winter!)

And now onto information on his condition!
His transformations aren't limited to once a month, he can turn at will fully or partially between forms. (I didn't put the man-wolf form up there too cos I haven't finished it yet) This means complete fluid control over his own shape between both animals- for example he could shift to the wolf's muscles on one arm to help open a pickle jar.
He does get a bit twitchy when the full moon begins though, and finds it hard to resist changing. He can make it through if he takes a sick day, relaxes and avoids unnecessary strain, but he'd rather just morph and have an excuse to spend a weekend in wolf form.
Aside from that his transformations are mostly under his control. He does have a bad habit of changing whenever he gets excited. (This ranges from the reasonable 'RAR! AN OPPORTUNITY TO FIGHT!' *wolf* to the less reasonable 'OMG YAY CHICKEN' *wolf*)
He doesn't have the 'traditional' weaknesses of a werewolf becuase those were added for the movies. He keeps his mind whatever form he's in, has no specific allergy to silver bullets and will not be remotely weakened in the face of a priest yelling 'Repent! Your soul must be cleansed of the fell beast!!'
A regular bullet to the head will hurt him perfectly fine. However as long as he doesn't immediately die of a fatal wound, he can recover from it by instinctively shapeshifting straight away. (All his bones knit back together and etc while changing between forms) Werewolves are blessed with inhuman stamina to withstand things like this, they can shift back from losing thier own head if they're very lucky.
And a normal attack from them isn't infectious. (Otherwise we'd be completely overcrowded by now!)
Its actually a type of venom formed from glands in the neck and injected through thier fangs, they'd have to bite you like that intentionally for the most remote chance of passing on the condition.
Batim himself is under contract forbidding him from siring anyone else under any circumstance, it would defeat the object of killing monsters if he was going around making more
Oh, and as a benefit of his condition he's pretty much the peak of healthiness (no more furry KFC-clogged arteries XD) and ages really slowly. He looks practically younger than he was in the first place cos of the detox- by now he's 25 but could pass for a high school punk. He's likely to outlive everyone else on his team (except the talking umbrella possibly XD) He doesn't honestly find this much to celebrate about- 'you'll be youthful for the next 500 years' to him sounds like 'you're growing even slower than before- ETERNITY AS A SHORT MAN!' XD
Overall, any regular human being stands an ant's chance unless they're packing a hell of a lot of heat and possibly a tank.
He's not one for planning either, his ideas consist of 'run at target and kill it while howling and/or yelling a lot'.

Oh, and the reason his tail is hella huge is because of the breed of werewolf he is. I based his design off of a real life sighting of monsterous wolves dubbed the Beast(s) of Gevaudan that were characterized by large size, unusually reddish tinge and whopping big fat tails [link]
They killed a lot of people in multiple areas and no-one ever figured out what they really were, though 'werewolf' was the common hysterical theory.

P.S: D'you think I'll get mature-marked for swearing in sign language? XD It's the UK version of the middle finger, we use both over here. (Cos we're just cool enough to have more insults than you~)
