Mollmon (?) Idea

Not sure about which name is better, or if all of em suck
BUT YEAH! A cute nautilus digimon ^_^ She likes warm hugs and having her (inexplicably fluffy) tail brushed ^_^
Rookie level, dunno yet about what powers she has. But definately not water cos that's boring and cliche.. I always dislike when land animals get to have all sorts of fantasy powers and then the birds are all air and the fish are all water
And I dunno what she digivolves to or from. It seems like any other form would just pale in comparison to this one. SHO KEWT! (At least according to Bunni89's strange mollusc obsession. NAUTILUSESSSSS!! They're like snail squids!!)
I did have the idea that she'd turn humanoid for one form just for the sake of totally butchering the usual female human digimon stereotype. Like, make her a big buff knight with zero sex appeal! (Well, except to people who like big buff knights XD) Or perhaps a biker or something, so she could wear her rookie form's eye pattern on some shades ^_^

I kinda want her to be the main digimon and partner to the protagonist:

But that'd mean she'd do a lot of digivolving so I need to think a lot about what her line (and alternate lines and armor lines..) would be. And all of the preexisting digimon that she could turn into are FUGLY (in my opinion). Shellmon and Vademon ewww. Shellmon's colourscheme just makes me die inside, and even the pallette-swap forest version is like.. some sort of supernatural force of pure yuckiness conspired to pick THE WORST COLOURS. WHY. And Vademon is just freaky lips guy of NOPE >_>
Might give her a whole bunch of options perhaps? So people who don't think those are yucky can have em, while I'm over here in the corner beinG YAY RAREMON YOU'RE TOTALLY A MOLLUSC IF I SQUINT, KINDA! SHELLNUMEMON YOU'RE MODERATELY LESS THAN TERRIBLE!

I mean, I know I'm nuts but I actually do find Raremon cute.. but its more of a generic slime monster than a slug

Design inspired by the second-stage Kalma in Jade Cocoon 2! Well, mostly that was just how I discovered the cuteness of nautiluses, but also I kinda tried to draw a similar eye style to that game's awesome surreal art ^_^
And I have nooooo clue about colourscheme or patterns or anything. Real nautilus patterns are awesome but I don't want the character to just be a nautilus on land with nothing really magical about it XD This pattern kinda sucks tho.
