Aqua Admin Shelly ORAS Revamp [Fanmade]

I'm no good at drawing the Pokemon style so I used and edited this base:


So what is this? Basically, I am a rabid Shelly fan and I was EXTREMELY dissappointed at her official design for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, as seen here: www.serebii.net/corocoro7143.j…
...Can you even spot her? Yeah, you can see why I'm annoyed. They basically just drew an entirely new character with no design elements whatsoever in common with the old version, and that's just sad. Especially since unlike Matt (sorry, Matt), she didn't NEED to be revamped from the ground up, and her new version is actually way less interesting and unique. Hooray, another sexy sexy lady, not like we could ever get sick of those, right? >_<
To (mis)quote Syndrome: if everyone's sexualized, then noone will be.
Hell, Shelly was already hawt according to the fanbase, you didn't need to crank it up to 11 and remove all her personality. (Along with several large holes in her clothing...)

So I decided to try and mock up my idea for how she could have been revamped while keeping the same look and feel as her old version. And since there's rather a lack of muscle (and body diversity in general) amoung the female members of basically every Team ever, I figured I'd give her some abs. I'm not the best at drawing them, I admit. I think they suit her since she's a giant badass.
Shelly was always kinda one of my idols as a kid even though she was a baddie, and a minor character at that. I just liked how she was so tough and in-control and endlessly arrogant, rather than just the sexy token female henchman. And needless to say I loved how the anime basically shoved all the other Aqua admins in the bin and made it The All Shelly Show All The Time XD (Again, sorry Matt! You were exceedingly forgettable back then!) Heck, I loved how the anime even turned the sexy token female henchmen into badass characters- it was a shame that Domino from Mewtwo Returns never got to.. well, return. And how the female team rocket grunt didn't even EXIST until the anime created Jessie as the boss of everyone's favourite trio.
I have feels for the anime, okay? For all its faults, it gave a lot of awesome ladies for young girls to adore. ^_^

Anyway whew I'm going offtopic! XD
Back on the rails: this is my design, heavily based on the original Shelly but also taking elements from the new version. (Since it isn't necessarily completely terrible, just unfitting.) And I did two bonus colourschemes based on the new version, and the original.
Random trivia: for the main one I sampled Shelly's anime hair colour, since it looked better on a dark skinned character. (I have no problem with her (and the rest of Aqua) getting a skintone change for the revamp. I dunno why that'd be an issue to be honest, there's so many bigger things to complain about! XD)
More random trivia: I will be really sad if they don't at least keep her maniacal laugh in ORAS. That's like.. the bare minimum requirement to be Shelly! "Ahahaha! I'm gonna crush you!" "Ahahaha! I lost!" "Ahahaha! I'm drinking iced tea!" "Ahahaha everything!"
Shelly is the best.
