Antihero Pokemon Trainer Designs

A few protagonist designs for my Pokemon fangame idea where you play as a new grunt in an evil team, rather than a traditional hero. So at the top we have casualwear, and at the bottom are several ideas for the (currently unnamed) evil team's uniform.
All made in TinierMe Dream Selfy avatar creator, I didn't draw them myself. But I'll be able to do that once I get a new scanner!

I actually made the design on the left while intending that to be the female option, and the one on the right was me switching it around to be the male counterpart. Yet they kinda ended up looking the other way around... at least in terms of stereotypical fashion choices, I suppose. So I dunno whether I'd switch them around or if people actually like them being a bit more androgenous like this, and not so cliche?
I also had the idea of maybe giving limited character customization. Like, just the bit where you can choose your character's race, because I was really happy when nintendo finally gave us that, and that's why I was miffed that ORAS didn't have the same thing. So yeah, I'd probably give three skintone options if I made a fangame, since I'm sure some of the audience would appreciate it ^_^
But this one would be considered the main version and I'd stick it on all the illustrations and posters, like how light-skinned Serena/Calem got starring role on everything except the promo poster specifically all about the customization options.

And then I'm not sure which of the three uniform designs looks best? It's supposed to be a ghost-themed team, or maybe combination ghost/fairy. So I was kinda going for a combination of a stage magician look and like.. a tuxedo you'd get buried in, with an angel wing hat. (I figure the logo might be angel-themed?)
The pink one was honestly just cos I was thinking "what colours have never been used for a Team before?", so they'd stand out. I think it's more fitting for the stage magician idea, and it's like the "mostly fairy" uniform idea.
The black one is a more standard funeralwear thing, and also one that actually looks a bit serious and somber instead of goofy and camp. So this is like the "mostly ghost" version.
And the blue one is just a random other thing with colours that I personally enjoy. Yay for blue!
If you guys have any comments or suggestions on how to improve these designs, it'd help me a lot ^_^
